As well as individual companies, representatives of the Hong Kong Design Maker Association and the Hong Kong Product & Packaging Design Zone are also present in the hall.

Hong Kong Design Maker Association

The Hong Kong Design Maker Association was founded in 2000 by five well established companies in the field of design-oriented manufacturing and marketing, all sharing the objective to promote Hong Kong's original designs. The founding members are Gear Atelier Limited, Inno Product Development Limited, Longford Industrial Limited, Manova International Ltd. and Viceversa International Limited. Here at the fair, these five founding members, together with three other members – Adda Products Limited, Ani Ani int'l Ltd. and Organix Concept Ltd. – are presenting their distinctive creations, offering an ideal opportunity to obtain an overview of Hong Kong's creative force and appreciate the latest ranges of contemporary designs.

Hong Kong Product & Packaging Design Zone

The Hong Kong Product & Packaging Design Zone, featuring 19 prominent design services companies, is a showcase for Hong Kong design. It emphasises their strong capabilities in providing various design-related services that cover a broad spectrum of products. The companies are well known for creating collections that are innovative in appearance as well as being functional.

With Hong Kong's unique position as an information hub, local designers are able to keep abreast of the latest global design techniques and trends. They are familiar with overseas markets and well versed in the intricacies of production and technology in the region.
